| Roof maintenance recommendations |

- It is necessary to check the roof in spring and in autumn;
- Accumulations of leaves, branches and other small litter should be cleaned only with soft broom. No sharp tools can be used;
- Sharp items should be collected by hand;
- Rain pipes and chamfers should be cleaned;
- Big accumulations of snow should necessarily be cleaned. Blunt wooden shovels should be used for this purpose. A layer of snow not higher than 10 cm can be left on the roof;
- Roof checking is a preventative measure; any areas of damage should be repaired.
